If you need to make a complaint, please follow the steps below so we can resolve it as efficiently as possible.
- Raise your concernContact us by phone or email. Please include your name, contact details, and any relevant information (for example: dates, photos, or invoice details).
- AcknowledgementWe will confirm receipt of your complaint within 2 working days and explain the next steps.
- Investigation & responseWe will investigate the issue and aim to provide a full response within 7 working days. If the matter is more complex and requires longer, we’ll keep you updated and provide a revised timeframe.
- ResolutionWhere appropriate, we will agree a practical resolution. This may include a site visit, remedial work, or a refund (where applicable).
